1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent of every court and government agency. It does not maintain official criminal records, conduct an official check, retrieve a file, or submit paperwork for a visitor.

Its content identifies the Wolfe County Sheriff, Kentucky courts, Kentucky State Police repository, and Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry as separate official sources. Public access to agency records remains governed by the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870-.884, while repository dissemination is subject to KRS 17.151 and 502 KAR 30:060.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Site use is conditioned on an agreement not to:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked tool must never be used to stalk, threaten, intimidate, harass, or discriminate against anyone. That rule is especially important for Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry data. Kentucky warns that harassment may lead to criminal prosecution. Registry publication supports public safety awareness, not vigilante conduct or blacklisting.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create credit reports, background reports, or other consumer reports. Its partners are not presented as services for evaluating applicants, insurance risk, or credit. Information from the site or a linked tool may not be used to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A legally permitted screening purpose requires the correct official Kentucky State Police process or a provider that complies with the FCRA.
